Sichuan EM Technology Co., Ltd. is located in China (Mianyang) Sci-Tech City of Sichuan Province. The annual production capacity of electrical insulating materials has achieved 60000T. Now EM Technology has 1500-plus employees, including 500-plus engineering & technical personnel. EM technology has always been engaged in R&D, producing and marketing of high-performance electrical insulating materials. The main product has occupied 20% or more domestic market shares, and has become the largest manufacturer of comprehensive electrical insulating materials in China. EM owned the National-level Insulating Material Engineering Research Center, the National Authorized Enterprises Technical Center.
EM Technology can produce more than 100 kinds of electrical insulating materials covering 8 categories from temperature Class B to C. The electrical insulating rigid laminated products including sheets/tubes/rods produced by EM Technology have the most types and have the strongest capability to assort. According to the IEC60893-3-2 standard, EM Technology has developed Epoxy glass cloth laminated sheet (EPGC series), Poly-bis-maleimide glass cloth laminated sheet, Halogen-free flame-resistant high strength glass cloth laminated sheet (Class F, H) and other high-thermal resistance laminated sheets in succession. EM Technology has owned 3 laminating pressure machines (2000T) and 1 laminating pressure machine (2500T) with the annual production capacity of 4000t, and the largest dimension of laminated sheet can achieve 1220*2440mm. The company provides high quality electrical laminated sheets, tubes and rods for HongKong Sub-way Project, High-speed Electrical Locomotive, ERTAN Hydro-power Station Project, The Three Gorges Hydro-power Station Project and other national vital projects. Moreover, EM Technology also supplies high-quality materials in order to introducing technologies in generate electricity, power distribution, transformation and control field. Some products have been sold to the European and American markets.
Along with the development of market & service plus the detailed division of industries, more and more domestic and oversea customers intend to purchase laminated processing parts directly in recent years. Now, the equipments in EM Technology could not satisfy customers’ requirements on precision.
