Experimental methods
Item 1 of the table requires that 2.0g samples be evenly spread in a culture dish with a diameter of 70mm and directly observed by naked eyes
Item 2 of the table requires that 4g of PVB resin powder,halogen moisture analyzer, standard heating mode at 102℃ and timing shutdown mode after 10min are used for testing.
The technical requirements of items 3,4 and 5in the table are according to the methods specified in ASTM-D1396-1992.
The experimental methods for the item 6 technical requirements are 10%PVB solution viscosity, rotational viscosity,temperature (23±0.1℃),concentration(10%),and solvent(absolute ethanol).
Item 7 in the table requires measuring a 100mL sample with a measuring cylinder and weighing it.Take the average value of two parallel tests,and the difference of results is not more than 3% of the average value.
Inspection,packaging,marking,storage and transportation
The factory test items of polyvinyl butyral resin are all items in Table 1.
The product can be inspected in accordance with the technical requirements and relevant test standards in Table 1.
The product is packed in each bag (450.500 or 15)Kg.
The product package should indicate the product name,product model,net weight,production batch number,production unit and other information.
The product should be protected from mechanical damage,moisture,high temperature and direct sunlight during transportation.
The product should be stored in the dry,cool and clean environment,avoiding moisture,direct sunlight and heavy pressure.
The storage period of this product is 24 months from the date of delivery.After the storage period expires,it can still be used after re-inspection according to the technical requirements of the product.
Application tips
Refer to the key points of application process (extrusion casting film method):the recommended extrusion temperature is 160℃~ 190℃.
Note for application:Plasticizer,antioxidant,light stabilizer,heat stabilizer,cross-linking agent,etc. can be added to this product according to specific application requirements.
