Product Core Definition
Semi-Dull Cationic polyester chips are produced by copolymerization modification with the introduction of a third monomer during the polymerization of conventional polyester. By incorporating specific sulfonate groups as dye sites on the molecular chain, polyester, which is traditionally difficult to dye, can be dyed with cationic dyes under either atmospheric(ECDP) or high-pressure conditions(CDP).

1.Excellent Dyeing Performance
High affinity for cationic dyes, dyeable either by atmospheric boiling (ECDP grade) or high-temperature high-pressure dyeing (CDP grade). Features high dye utilization, wide color spectrum, bright shades, and good color fastness.
2.Balanced Physical Modification
Thermal resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and mechanical properties are similar to conventional PET. Further modification with a fourth component can achieve softer fiber handfeel and improved anti-pilling performance.
3.Unique Blending Effects
When blended with conventional PET or cellulosic fibers (e.g., cotton, viscose), one-bath dyeing can produce special effects such as white reservation, contrast two-tone effects, or multi-color effects.

Product Core Definition
A high-performance modified polyester chip produced by copolymerization modification, which simultaneously introduces cationic dye site components and high-efficiency phosphorus-based flame retardant components into the polyester macromolecular chain.
It fundamentally solves the problems of conventional polyester—difficult dyeing, requirement for high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing, and limited color spectrum. The product realizes brilliant dyeing with cationic dyes under atmospheric boiling conditions, while retaining the basic properties of polyester (PET) to the greatest extent.
Meanwhile, its inherent flame-retardant characteristic ensures long-lasting flame retardancy for fibers and fabrics. It is widely used in textile, decorative and special industrial fields with strict requirements for color vividness, handfeel and safety performance.

3.Good physical and mechanical properties & spinnability
With stable intrinsic viscosity and suitable melting point, the product exhibits excellent thermal stability and spinning formability.The produced fibers have moderate tenacity and elongation, as well as soft handfeel, overcoming problems such as stiffness and pilling commonly found in conventional flame-retardant fibers.
